"People were promoted who didn't know anything about the machinery and didn't deserve to be promoted."

"If you are going to promote someone please make sure they know how to operate the machinery they are overseeing."

"Listen to there request and do what they ask of you in detail during the interveiw process."

"I did not like working 2nd shift at that time due to having children in sports."

"Departments could run more efficiently if managers would utilize programs already in place to here operators ideas for changes."

"they need to be able to find benefits to become available for those employees who only has 1 income and also those with families"
