"No advancement insurance poor working conditions in many aspects.Not good"

"No I do not not my concern.Treat your employees how you would like to be treated"

"It is just berly keeping me alive & from forclosure ."

"Dont let them low ball u on wages because it will be a long time before u get a raise. there realy good at pointing out the opps.& realy bad at saying great job buddy."

"No advance no raises & the fact that you have owner looking over your shoulder all day counting his pennies."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"They need more knowledge of aero space man & come off a few more pennies. they may be able to keep the realy good welders like myself."

"The hours 7:00-3:30 m-f. 5 Phillies games a year.Company lunch on fridays."

"no. It's a good company if you don't mind geeting screamed at and being called names by the boss."

"It's is a very small shop. The guys working there were about to retire which would have left the work force down to 3 employees"

"Hire younger workers, Upgrade machines according to today's standards. Need more shop equipment"

"Nothing I don't like, if that was the case I would've not been there for almost ten years,"

"I sometimes have to manage people in my area safety is the 1 priority and now I understand there is no wrong in asking questions"
