"Be yourself, know the subject matter, and not just the buzz words, as the manager is familiar with the work required and can spot those that fake the experience. Have a sense of humor, be personable."

"In the IT Department, there is a lack of opportunity to advance to higher levels, or obtain management experience."

"Restructure IT department to allow for more growth and advancement opportunities."
