"A company headed into a disaster. This company’s owner is an absentee owner. This is also how management is. I work for a short time, but I have been in this field for over 15 years. I have never seen a company this size lacking the resources at hand for its employees. The company’s HR is also the Hr to the owners other companies, as well as the install Management. That has none what so ever common knowledge or any common sense for this industry. Everyday something was wrong or missing, for such a small company, this should not happen. But they think they are doing great. The best way I can explain it is. Say my engine went out on my car. I took it to the mechanic, and all he did was give it a new paint job, and a new set of tires. That is the thinking behind this new management. They are not fixing the problems internally"
