"Fast paced, closing rotation so no favorites. Ability to manage own closings and be responsible for them, but also work in a team environment."

"Company does not exist anymore, there for I cannot comment."
What don't you like about working at Ownit Mortgage Solutions?
"Sub prime, there were a lot of things that closers would question, but it was sub prime."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"No longer operating, but the management that we had in Saint Petersburg, Florida were some of the best."

"Again the opportunity was created by the Regional Vice President and Eastern Regional Vice President of Ownit Mortgage to keep key mortgage employees together."
What don't you like about working at Montgomery Mortgage Solutions?
"We were not in business long enough, a company created after the sub prime market crash."

"Upper management did there upmost to keep several key people together that worked well together."

"I like that there is not any micro managing, I am trusted to do my job."

"I think that confidence in yourself is what they look for, and you have to be able to handle stress."

"One of the sales reps acts like he runs the company."

"Management is great, they are very supportive of their staff."
