"It was never good enough and if you mess up once they let you go...no chance to improve.Having a personal life or family that's your time is not okay with them."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Telling employees that 8-5 is not your working hours and 8-9 is...well that's just not right. Oh, and note to management putting in ad copy, proofing or any other type of paperwork we have to from our homes is consider work."
