What do you like about working at ClinForce?
"I like working for clinforce and representing allergan medical. in a post market safety study. My support group was excellent as well as the compensation. They gave me the freedom to make my own schedule for thr most part and I eoyed my clients. Since I did not have alot of experience working with patients or other coordinators this helped to give me some experience I needed to move on in this position. I was upset when 1/2 of the study coordinators were laid-off on the same day with no reason given but found out later that it as nothing we had done. They literally picked names out of a hat. I still keep in touch with some of the people from this group and would accept a position with them in a minute."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Interviewing with the company and getting the job occured on the same day and I was in training by the end of the week. I traveled with the sales rep for my first couple of visits and everything worked out great. I do recommend this company for a job."
What don't you like about working at ClinForce?
"They were a bit unprepared to launch the study and re-wrote all study materials six months into the study which did prove to be a problem redistributing the materials to all of the sites and retreiving old materials so there was no question as to which study materials should be used. I was also upset about the sudden lay-off with no warning."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"The weekly group meetings Via phone seemed adequate for study function but the constant motion of upper level management of employees into different positions or being fired was a bit disconcerting. I did however, feel that I was a ble to contact someone for help whenever I needed. Particularly the people managing the EDC system. they were very helpful and their software was very user friendly."
What do you like about working at University of Michigan?
"A great community of professionals."

"It takes a very long time to get hired... be patient."
What don't you like about working at University of Michigan?
"Difficult to advance. Compensation is based on odd bureaucrat rules."

"The only thing I can say is that they don't care about experience as long as you have degree than that's great. Experienc should count for something"

"Make sure management don't hold good employees back because they like someone else better."

"The salary was an issue for all employees with the same job title and job functions across the board. We were the lowest paid individuals in the region and provide nearly the best performance in our clinical trials network."

"Keep staying addressing the growing needs and demands in the research industry to remain the best in Northern Louisiana. Well done!"
