"I love being a clinical research coordinator because I have the opportunity to learn new and exciting things and work with patients and educate them on their conditions and possibly make them feel better. The one thing I might not like is that it is very time consuming and it requires that you give 110% every day."

"Maintain a bias free employee rapport, maintain a clean and well supplied break room for staff, stay alert for dishonest employees and give credit to those showing great skill and accomplishment, be fair for all staff."

"I work with the best PI. I have worked with over 8 different ones. When we need help, they try to provide it."

"To many people at the top to answer to. Need to streamline."

"CRCs need more time to start up new protocols. Less reports."

"There is loads and loads of bureaucracy. It's hard to get things done."

"Be ready for chaos. You don't get what you need, pay check is always a couple days late so be ready for that. The CEO micro manages everything"
