Clinical Program Manager at McKesson
in Remote, OR

Please give us a one liner to describe this review.

"McKesson is like any other huge company - for the most part, they are on target."

What do you like about working at McKesson?

"Independently responsible for management of diverse teams of people with various skill sets driven towards the common goal of customer satisfaction with the implementation or upgrade process and outcome."

What don't you like about working at McKesson?

"Due to the current economic crisis, like many large corporations, McKesson has adopted the business strategy of engaging college hires and eliminating senior level positions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Customers are growing very unhappy with having to train the college hires - they expect a seasoned professional for the amount they are paying for services. Although the current business hiring/lay-off strategy directly affected me - I believe this strategy will have a very negative impact on McKesson's ability to maintain or improve customer satisfaction with the implementation or upgrades process."
