"Promoting a great product and educating great clients and staff regarding addiction medicine. The impact I made in my community with this problem of opioid addiction and being a partner with my customers. The salary was above average."

"Ask the company's values on work-life balance. Ask how decisions are made for promotion from within. Ask what the company values, results and achievement or politics and relationships when evaluating employee success."

What don't you like about working at Reckitt Benckiser?

"The management and executive leadership play favorites. I've been on both sides of this game and it can make or break employee morale and satisfaction. The company never had any concern for life work balance. The job always came before my family."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When you allow employees to have a life and offer realistic work-life balance, they will be happier and more motivated to be better profit levers for the company. Too much politics in promotions and awards."
