What do you like about working at Dr. Hey's Health Clinic?

"I enjoy the relationships with the staff and patients. Most of our patients have been coming in for years and our staff rarely changes too. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would suggest that this not be your first job. The pace is fast and you're expected to know your job."

What don't you like about working at Dr. Hey's Health Clinic?

"I don't like treating only musculoskeletal patients. I wish we'd treat other types because I really enjoy serving others and I'd really enjoy working with patient's who are a bit more critical."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest branching out and opening up the doors to see other types of patients."

"Too much of a smoke-stack, vertically organized company for an organization its size. It was extremely difficult to accomplish anything because of meeting"

"Decrease meetings; learn how to commnicate across department lines."
