What do you like about working at Dr. Hey's Health Clinic?

"I enjoy the relationships with the staff and patients. Most of our patients have been coming in for years and our staff rarely changes too. I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere as well."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I would suggest that this not be your first job. The pace is fast and you're expected to know your job."

What don't you like about working at Dr. Hey's Health Clinic?

"I don't like treating only musculoskeletal patients. I wish we'd treat other types because I really enjoy serving others and I'd really enjoy working with patient's who are a bit more critical."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would suggest branching out and opening up the doors to see other types of patients."

"Take a close look at your salary structure and incentives for qualified staff to come work, and continue incentives, bonuses, staff appreciation for them to stay."
