"I did not think middle management was always on the same page as upper management. More negativity from middle management than upper"

"Upper management should have a more hands on approach on the performance of their managers and they need to be more in touch with the worker bees."

"I believe it would be beneficial for management to delegate duties to subordinates. This would provide subordinates with the opportunity to learn how to resolve issues on their own, raise morale, and allow management more time to handle major details, issues, or plans."
