"Clients are, for the most part, very understanding and appreciate the processes we use to support them. SurveyVitals is very client oriented and we try to do everything we can to retain and keep all of our clients happy and satisfied. Something I really appreciate is that if a client is clearly out of line, and I have done everything I can to help them, my boss always takes my side and helps the client understand their misunderstanding without blaming me for something that was in no way my fault."
