"Be very social and out going. The company can be a bit slow at times but just have fun."

What don't you like about working at Allscripts?

"Micromanagement is often times a little too much. We need to be given some space."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Stop looking over our shoulders every 5 seconds. I can hit my quota without being told what to do every day."

"I like channel development, training provided, certifications, marketing assistance, 401k, and medical benefits."

"Channel is the key to success; base your responses on that."

What don't you like about working at Avaya?

"The future of Avaya is questionable. It went for public to private, pending IPO. The legacy of ATT and Lucent is history. R&D is not adequate. New products are missing and they just have enhanced products. The acquisition of Nortel is questionable."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Management needs to become an innovator. Stop fighting with your channels. Let the channels sell support rather than Avaya having this exclusive."

"The lack of support from the management chain and the cumbersome sales processes."

"Be more proactive, willing to take on other business units who attempt to take over your work, and be willing to take on the contracts and general counsel personnel who bog down contracts and sub-contracts with legal roadblocks."

What do you like about working at Saber Corp.?

"HP was fully committed to having a large majority of its employees working from their homes."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Go to work for the Technology Servicies Group (TSG) only as a last resort. Things are really bad there. Company-wide, salaries are being permanently reduced, as well as all other benefits. Work force reductions are an expected and regular occurence among the employees."

What don't you like about working at Saber Corp.?

"HP was a very confused company. The EDS acquisition made things materially worse for both organizations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I am not that smart. The mess is too big."
