"I think the number one thing is to be yourself and be honest. Recruiting and the staffing industry is not for everyone, so be true to yourself before accepting a career that can be very stressful."

"I feel that when you are working at an on-site location it is easy to get ignored over those who work at a field office."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I think that they need to stop separating our different brands so much and unify them together to be able to win more business at the company's various clients."
