"You will most likely stay in the same position for your career here."

"There is someone watching over you all the time, there is a lack of group support, especially in sales. There is quota's to achieve and sometimes I come up short and there is no support"

"I would not micro manager my co-workers, or make them feel as if they are in the military"

"I thought Hendrick was a standup corporation and has a great reputation. Although not my area of expertise, I did learn a lot about sales and negotiations."

"You must love hard core sales and be focused on nothing but the close to excel in this business."
What don't you like about working at Hendrick Automotive Group?
"The automotive sales business has a high turnover with little job security. It is very different from the real business world. There is not the same level of respect, leadership mentorship and growth as most business sectors."
