"Nothing everything about the company was great.Just one thing I hate was got laid off."

"Some of the manager can be nicer to the people work for the company."

"I worked with some of the greatest people. My colleagues were very supportive and knowledgeable."

"I would recommend the interviewee to study up on microwave back haul and RF technology."

What don't you like about working at Clearw're?

"Once Ericsson took over Clearwire's technical support, it immediately moved my job and my colleagues jobs to Mexico City."

"My managers were great. I have no complaints and would not change a thing."

"I worked with some of the greatest people at Clearwire. My NOC co-workers and managers."

"I would research microwave back haul technology and basic understanding of RF technology."

"When Ericsson took over the technical support for Clearwire, and re-located our jobs to Mexico City."

"I would not suggest anything. Management did their job just fine, as I perceived it."

"We got our own cubicles and that's about it honestly"

"Don't bother, they're going to go out of Business guaranteed."

What don't you like about working at Clearw're?

"procedures changed throughout the day every day. My Manager was racist. They loaded us with responsibilities in so many areas it was difficult to focus. The Company was backed by heavy hitters, however the product Wi-Max was a fluke. If a customer lived on a flat surface, no tress or hills, no rain and a clear shot at a window, then maybe they would ctch a good signal. The Q.A. personnel were ridiculously critical on us as well."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Spend more time teaching and mentoring than writing people up and firing them."

What do you like about working at Clearw're?

"There was a wealth of opportunities to flex your mental prowess and utilize a wide variety of skills from microwave radios, power management to data networking. Too bad they didn't seemingly care about the employees"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Stay very far away from them if you have family, or want a real job. They seemingly are very uninterested in the health and safety of its employees. This was experience, in the Las Vegas NIC. Your mileage may vary, but probably not by too much."

What don't you like about working at Clearw're?

"Well, after working over 66 hrs a week for months, one night wanted to spend time with my son, after already having worked 11 hrs that day. The next day I cam in I was fired."
