What do you like about working at Clearwater Analytics?

"The challenges and sense of importance to the work I do serves as a great reward for getting the job done correctly. Most of the development work I have done with this company has been on sensitive financial reporting systems, which was very exciting."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Show a strong knowledge in JAVA and SQL technology first. Also, have a friendly personality. The environment is very team oriented, and we have dedicated ourselves to maintaining that great corporate culture."

What don't you like about working at Clearwater Analytics?

"Aside from the location. I would say that the only negative I have experience has been some of the unavoidable challenges that come with organizing with rapidly growing team sizes. We went from around 30 to 60 developers in time since I've been there, and its become an interesting, and at times rewarding, burden to experience."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"My only advise would be to continue focusing on addressing the challenges with the rapidly growing development office. Otherwise, I think management has been brilliant in its ability to adapt to these challenges."
