"I enjoyed selling the sizzle and the impact audio media has on its listeners."

What don't you like about working at Clear Channel?

"They have over-managed changes within our formats and frequencies - they've under-promoted the stations & formats while our competition have made great strides doing so."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"It's too late in this equation because of the current economy, but they should not have hoarded cash so strongly in relation to the merger/buyout at the expense of its workforce and it's On-Air Product."
