"There are some good people there, not because CHES made them that way. In general, as with all companies you meet quality people, who regardless of their work environment, try and do their best."

"Bottom line company. The President Alan McKim is a tyrant, I heard him in numerous conference calls literally tear down quality people with little or no basis for doing so. They continue to layoff good personnel and their expectations for the future are never understood or followed through. The company work environment is directly in line with the presidents attitude - it sucks and you look over your shoulder often. He's 5ft 3 if that tells you anything..."

"Mutiny or you better have real thick skin!"

"I liked the flexibility of the work schedule at the location where I worked. More opportunities if you don't mind moving to a different state."

"Make sure you have your CDL or you are planning on obtaining one b/c that is very major with this company. Also, know that you will not have a set schedule if applying for the Environmental Chemist Position."

"I didn't really care for the management or the compensation for the amount of work that you do."
