"I have been here for almost two years and there is stability lacking in my division. First, there were spending freezes then our sale from Johnson Controls to a PE firm. The unease continuous because leadership is cost-saving their way to prosperity. Meanwhile, headcount goes down as individuals leave on their own volition and back-filling seems non-existent. With all that said, I do like the team I work with and their can-do attitude to get the job done despite the resource challenges."
