"I worked for the Clarice for three years as a student worker. The supervising staff were very kind, helpful, and patient with many of the student workers. Training was thorough and efficient. The job was also very interesting as we were able to interact with artists from all over the world."

"Some days could be challenging, every day was different. Never knew what would be asked of you next. But we managed to have lots of fun. Got to be backstage for all sorts of operas and recitals. The supervisors definitely knew their stuff, but still gave us freedom / didn't micro-manage. Pay was not great. Got to study during down time, which is pretty nice. Sometimes got free food. Training opportunities available if you so desire. Annoying to have to wear black pants in the summertime."

"Overall, a great place to be. World-renown artists showcase here and you are surrounded by as much performing art as you can handle. Like all companies there is bureaucracy and often it can feel stagnant and overwhelming. The facilities are beautiful, thought the personal work spaces are often old closets or storage spaces not originally intended for humans."
