"Seriously consider other companies that are more mature. Benefits here are below other companies. Pay is not competitive for the risk you may be taking on with this company. Politics have invaded and corrupted this place already."
What don't you like about working at Clarabridge?
"Antiquated systems which is surprising for a 'cutting edge' company. VP management that take themselves way too seriously. If you disagree with them, you will be fired. High turnover in the Sales staff."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Cut loose the dead weight in Sales Leadership. Provide better checks and balances with the rest of the VP clique."
