"I’ve worked for Clara Maass Medical Center for over ten years and they really just seem like a family at this point. All though the company is mid sized everybody seems to know each other’s names and generally say hello to each other when ever they walk by. I’ve love my Clara family and would love to bring that love to other businesses just to show them how much people getting along can make work environments better."
