What do you like about working at Progressive?
"In the beginning I liked how they treated their employees, but things changed and although they were not so terribly bad, they could use some restructuring now."
What don't you like about working at Progressive?
"How the handled their recent down sizing of management staff. I am not saying it because I was affected, it was just very poor handled and I expressed my concerns to the State Manager and he agreed."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"To consider who they are affecting in their decisions, for the most part, the employees that were let go, were the ones committed to the company and it made no sense to loose valuable employees and keep others that clearly did not deserve to stay. It sent a message that it does not matter how hard you work."
