"Stay away. Not a healthy culture/work environment and not recommended for the professional."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Ask a lot of questions in the interview ; especially about the management structure and how many people you will have to 'manage'."

What don't you like about working at Sedwick CMS?

"I am not treated like a professional and there is no autonomy. If I was just out of college and this was my first job, I would probably not have a problem with their micro management audit system, but since I have over 25 years of varied experience I have problem being treated as a burger flipper. This is really what it feels like day to day. I am constantly harassed by management on clerical issues and not given time to complete my day to day more important work effort. If you don't like top heavy management structures, this is not the place for you. I have so many managers, I can't count them all!!! There is no processes in place for recognition and no growth opportunities; What you see is what you get!!"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Change or you will never find replacements for some of your important contractor positions because this worker has had enough."
