"Always something different on my desk to do, lots of detail work and helping people get their claims paid correctly."

"Could have used more consistancy as far as being allowed to make decisions regarding whatever file I was working on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"LISTEN to the people on the floor. Without them there is no company to manage."
