What don't you like about working at CJ Banks?
"I did not like the salary. I did not like the way my district manager treated everybody in her area. She was not always helpful, and was only okay with you if your store was making numbers. When your store was not making numbers, not only was she miserable, but she did not give any advice to help you. She never gave positive feedback when you were doing well, but ALWAYS gave negative feedback when you were doing bad."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"My suggestions would be to get good leaders in there who have good people skills, and know how to communicate well with their staff. I would recommend that the district managers not be allowed to belittle you in front of your own staff, or in front of other management."
