"When poor bosses became entrenched, they were nearly impossible to remove"

"I worked as a site developer for an engineering firm. The Englewood office however has since been eliminated, which is why I no longer work there."

What do you like about working at TranSystems?

"It was a challenging job where I was responsible for the maintenance and development of large apartment complex design, specifically relating to the hydrology of the area."

What don't you like about working at TranSystems?

"The manager of the division had poor personal skills and did not understand hydrology well, thus it was often difficult to explain what I needed to do, and how much time was necessary."
