City Rise Safety Employee

"I've worked for tmi for years now. It wasn't before, but now it is a family run business that has a lot of favoritism and hidden animosity. There is a natural divide between office workers and field workers. A certain lack of disrespect. There is no chance of moving up unless you are related to someone and the only guaranteed work goes to favorites, not seniority like promoted for years."
