"Even though you are a lifeguard you need to take your job seriously and show up for all your designated shifts."

"The full time employees have no check system to control their weekly hours. They normally ask a part timer to work for them and dont report their open shift so they still collect a full paycheck."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would have a proper system to track all the full time employees work schedules."
