"I am currently under employment by the City of Miami Beach for about five years. Throughout my time here, I am very satisfied with the community and work culture here. It is unfortunate that there isn't much room to go up the ladder; however, I would definitely recommend to anyone that Miami Beach is a great agency to be a part of."

"The people there is so nice. It make me feel comfortable there."

"None. Since it's internship, you just contact the school for this position."

What don't you like about working at City of Miami?

"Unpaid internship. Since it's internship, the employer will not give the crucial jobs for you to do. So, you barely learn new technologies."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"None. They are good as the way they are now."

"I fix problems for customers with my great customer service skills."

"Don't work hard when you get promoted, and keep a low profile."

"No promotions, they only promote people outside the company who don't have experience."

"Promote within instead of finding bums from the outside world."

"A great attitude will get you very far."

"The change in management was a devestating thing to happen to the Department. The work place went from a place where it was okay to speak openly about your concerns in the department and actually be and work as a family to a plae where feedback was meat with retaliation. The repetition is always a concern."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well the Director has steeped down now so I would ask whomever is in the postion now to continue listening to the memebrs in your Deaprtment, without them, there is no department."
