"A great attitude will get you very far."

What don't you like about working at City of Miami?

"The change in management was a devestating thing to happen to the Department. The work place went from a place where it was okay to speak openly about your concerns in the department and actually be and work as a family to a plae where feedback was meat with retaliation. The repetition is always a concern."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Well the Director has steeped down now so I would ask whomever is in the postion now to continue listening to the memebrs in your Deaprtment, without them, there is no department."
