"I've worked at City of Hope for the past year. When I started, my Sr. Manager was really not around and when the Manager was there, the person did not really take time with the staff. It was a difficult start for me since there was no guidance as to what was expected from me or what I needed to do for the job."

"I worked at City of Hope for 18 months. It was the worst employment experience of my life. The mission of the organization is wonderful, but they treat their employees terribly. Upper management has no clue about the effects of their actions on people who are actually doing the work on a daily basis."

"I have worked at City of Hope for 2.5 years. It is a wonderful place to work from the people to the mission of the organization. It breaks my heart to say that in many areas of technology, there are issues that need to be addressed. Bottlenecks in software delivery and lack off processes horizontally make it and break it here."
