"Boulder is a home rule municipality in the State of Colorado. It has a strong full service municipal government managed by a City Manager who reports to the City Council. I worked for the City for over 30 years in various roles including Principal Engineer for the Public Works - Utilities Division. My position was supported by a well trained and capable staff as well as Human Resources, IT and Finance Departments. The compensation and benefits were excellent and the work was very rewarding."
