"Did not invest in employee training or growth. No annual salary raises. Required to live within City limits."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I currently hold a management position. There is always room for improvement! At the City, if someone leave the next person bumps up into that vacant spot whether they are qualified or not. Makes for some bad management!"
