City of Cincinnati Employee

"I have worked for the City of Cincinnati since January 2020. Coming from a strong fleet background, I was surprised that a city as large and diverse as Cincinnati did not have a more modern and creative approach to fleet management and shop management. While some systems and buildings employed by the city are in many ways antiquated, the people employed by the city are good people, striving to do as much as they can with the resources they are given."

"I've been with GCWW since the fall of 2010 and while I genuinely like the people that I work with on a day-to-day basis, the direction that the agency is going and a lack of leadership is making this a very difficult work environment."
