3.2 I've worked in this department for roughly two years now and it is arduous due to a lot of lack of procedures coupled with pressure to perform. It can be a stressful environment if you are not a natural self-starter who is able to navigate the undocumented and complex technology situation. Financially rewarding, but stressful if you aren't comfortable with a figure it out kind of environment.
