"I've worked with Citrix for 5 years, One of the best things about working at Citrix is the flexibility - working from home, workshifting etc. The company generally tries to do the right thing; you can get shafted, but it's generally not by design. Company leadership is currently in flux - lots of new VPs and a new CEO on the way. The company has made some good acquisitions , but hasn't been able to harness much synergy between them."
