"Management has been poorly manned in the past couple of years. While the company in previous years climbed to the top to the #2 position in its market, it has now failed and is currently in #6 position last time I checked. The net effect is poor planning and low morale."

"No, the interview was easy. The company was disorganized enough that if you were confident and knew your stuff 70% or better you would win a 2nd interview and probably get the job."

What don't you like about working at Citrix Systems?

"No leadership, no direction, no communication within my team. My manager was an engineer gone management and was not an effective leader. Said manager was a micro manager and would not take his hands off the wheel to let the team innovate and do the work required."

"Force some communication, leadership and/or management training on managers who manage and lead people."
