"the work that I did: conducting internal audits of the Commercial Banking back office, documenting those findings, and working with SMEs to correct weaknesses in process or documentation."

"Be wary of over-the-top promises made by the interviewer. Ask for specifics when given details about the duties you will be expected to perform."

What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?

"The culture of the company went from one of accountability to one where our individual accountability was to our direct manager; there was no sense of a collective corporate accountability for Company actions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Demonstrate the same level of dedication that is expected from rank-and-file. Be as transparent as one of the four guiding principles states the company is/should be."
