"I think compared to other big banks on the street, citI is more relaxed and people tend to make sure you have a work/life balance. People also are more willing to teach and help you develop your career."

"It depends from group to group, for trading side I would say demonstrate a good attitude is more important than anything else, esp. if you are applying for an entry level position."

What don't you like about working at CitiGroup?

"Citigroup is a big company, as a result there is a lot of bureacracy and politics which unnecessarily distract people from doing real work."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Reduce the layers of management would be nice to start, right now there are too many people on management level and not enough doing the real work."
