"The DM and Branch Mgr were ruthless and abusive, used negative management. Always looked for ways to trip you up, and make you look incompetent. Felt they were threatened by my experience, my numbers were always very good, literally they made it uncomfortable for me to go to work the atomsphere was very tense and critical not a good place to work."

"Create a more positive work environment. Do evaluations on your leadership management, ask the employees who work under them to do evaluations on there performance."
