"It used to be an excellent place to work when Sandy Weill was in charge and the name was Commercial Credit. Was very family oriented and a fun place to hang out for 9+ hours a day. Not like today where a stab in the back is just another day at the office. Some managers don't have the people skills to be managers."

"Keep your options open. Have a back-up plan."

"Today,... you know, there's not enough character spacing here to explain it. I'm glad I'm out of there."

"Pay attention in those training sessions. Apply what you learn. Stop holding grudges against people you don't like."

"All of it's personnel are well recognized for acheiving higher than expected results. All management personnel are on a conference call when these names and results are announced, every month end."

"They foocus more on sales and growth. Talk about how your sales skills (if any) will benefit the company."

"Compensation in regards to managers (exempt)."

"Some need to work on their interpersonal and communicating skills. The others are great leaders."

"I loved Citifinancial years back , it has become extremely cut throat, the only managers that make it now have no people skills , your DM and Area Director both used to care about retention, now they couldn't care less, its all about writting people up if they are not at their goals monthly.Don't dare call the ethics line it doesn't help !!"

"Interview and take the job only if you really need the money , but continue to look for a company that will be faithfull to you. I was a 17 year employee so trust what I am saying !!"

"There is no one that I was directly answering to that actually cared about what the employee morale was, it's truly sad . It was a great place to work not since it seems that in 2007 everything changed ."
