What do you like about working at Citadel?

"I really enjoyed the local atmisphere and the smaller client base gave us as employees the opportunity to grow closer with our clients on a more personal basis. I enjoyed that all the back office decision makers were in the same local office."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"My tip to anyone applying would be to know the Citadel Banks demographics and company goals and come into the interview with a game plan. Show the hiring manager how and what you intend to implement, make sure that what you present to management is measurable."

What don't you like about working at Citadel?

"It was hard for me to remain employed at the Citadel Bank with no benefits, or career advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I feel management did what they could with what they were given, however, executive management could look into benefits including paid time off for their full-time employees."
