"The pay at Cisco is decent but not great. The salary/equity adjustment only comes every 2 years with no more than 4 percent which is below the inflation rate in the SF Bay Area. We are relying on the annual bonus and RSU to make up the differences. However, the compensation policy also changed in last 2 years to reward the top talents (10-15%), if I am not at the top 15%, the bonus is average. RSU is also not great compared to our competitors, I was getting at best 70K RSU (4 years vesting) when I was at the top 10%."
