What do you like about working at Circuit City?

"I received valuable experience and training as a sales associate. I was able to learn to make good personal relationships with my customers ensuring that they would always come back to me for any of their electronics needs"

What don't you like about working at Circuit City?

"I was not in a position to move up the coorporate ladder"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Even though the company doesn't exist anymore, I would have make sales more commission based. Most associates didn't have reasons to perform at the highest level. A little incentive goes a long way."
