"Success for a company is not what it sees on the surface but what there is in the inside, The strength of the crew comes from team work and efforts, everyone deserve a change to be proven the rewards, have the candidate prove them self if they are worthy and hungry for success and the most important part no one is over qualify if they adhere to company policy, there all welcome."

What don't you like about working at Circuit City?

"at first it all seemed stable, the economy and inverters begin to pull out all stocks as my worst fear become possible, the company broke down this is about the only time I disliked this company, not well managed"

"A work place environment always enhances when a leader is focused on beating the odds and finishing first, not only for the company but for it's team"
