Controls Engineer

"In the time that I spent at Cincinnati Test Systems, it was obvious to me that the rest of the engineers on the staff really knew their stuff. While version control of the documents could have been better, they were diligent about maintaining drawings of all projects. It is comforting to work with people who know what they are doing, and that's what I got at this company. I wasn't especially close with anyone, but all employees were nice and respectful. They were always open about sharing knowledge, as well. It was a good teamwork environment."
