Cincinnati Bell Employee

"Cincinnati bell is a great company to work for. They are not as employee focused as you would like but they do make an attempt. I personally feel like there is no room for growth within the company. As long as you meet metrics, follow the rules and maintain accountability of equipment then you will be fine. The pay is great and is what keeps most from leaving."
